Based in Orlando, Florida, Sonata Senior Living is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonata Health Care, LLC, and is focused on the development, management, marketing and operations of Sonata’s independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. 

Sonata currently has two communities in Central Florida – Melbourne and Longwood – with construction now underway on a memory care assisted living community in Winter Garden, Florida. Current acquisition initiatives are focused on identifying and selectively pursuing investments that are opportunistic in nature and allow the company’s experienced management team to create value. The company plans to develop or acquire new facilities in selective markets over the next three years.
